Every Monday you export invoices to see who owes what.
The result
A scheduled n8n workflow pulls invoices from Xero and appends them to a Google Sheet for a quick review.
How to set it up: n8n
- In n8n, add a Schedule Trigger node set to Monday mornings.
- Add the Xero node, connect it with OAuth2, and choose Invoice > Get Many.
- Optionally add a Filter node to keep only unpaid invoices.
- Add a Google Sheets node with 'Append Row' and map the invoice number, contact, due date, amount due and status.
- Run it once manually, check the sheet, then activate the workflow.
