What it does
- Connect in Dext under Business settings > Connections > Accounting software.
- Dext pulls accounts, suppliers, customers, classes, locations, payment methods and bank accounts from QuickBooks.
- Unpaid costs publish as a Bill; paid costs as Cash, Check or Credit Card; negative totals as a Credit note.
Limits and gotchas
- Set up tax defaults (Use tax list) before your first publish.
