Does Arthur Online connect to Xero?

Yes. Arthur posts rent and tenant charges to Xero as sales invoices, and receipts from the Xero bank feed update the tenant record in Arthur.

What it does

Tenants become Xero customers; rent and charges become sales invoices.
If you manage for owners, property owners become Xero suppliers and remittances are handled as purchase invoices.
Contractor charges go to Xero as purchase invoices.
Arthur uses Xero tracking codes for unit and property so you can run P&L by property.

Limits and gotchas

Arthur says it only supports integrations carried out by its own finance team, and lists a cost in its store.
Neither system can be rolled back, so Arthur advises testing against a trial Xero organisation first.
Needs a "standard" Xero subscription; mortgages, wages and other non-tenancy costs stay in Xero.
