The problem

You invoice from your phone in Powered Now, then type the same invoices into Xero at night.

The result

Contacts, invoices, credit notes and payments go from Powered Now to Xero without retyping.

How to set it up: Powered Now

In Powered Now, open Settings > Tax & Accounting > Accounting Integrations > Xero.
Enable the integration and connect your Xero organisation.
If you want payments to flow both ways, enable both payment directions in the Xero settings.
Run a sync from the Xero sync icon and check one invoice landed correctly in Xero.
