Send approved Fergus invoices and supplier bills to Xero

The problem

Customer invoices and supplier bills live in your job app, but your accountant works in Xero.

The result

Approved Fergus invoices appear in Xero automatically, supplier invoices land in Bills to Pay, and Xero payments flow back to Fergus.

How to set it up: Fergus

  1. Connect Xero from Fergus using Fergus's Connect to Xero guide and choose your account codes.
  2. Raise and approve an invoice in Fergus. It syncs to Xero (Business > Invoices).
  3. When you enter a supplier invoice in Fergus, choose to send it to Xero; it appears under Bills to Pay.
  4. Reconcile payments in Xero from your bank feed; they sync back to Fergus.
