Partly verified. FreeAgent's help centre lists Stripe (alongside PayPal and Tyl by NatWest) as a way to take online invoice payments. We have not yet verified the set-up steps or reconciliation behaviour.

Xero + Stripe

Yes. Connect Stripe in Xero and customers get a Pay button on invoices; the Stripe feed brings transactions into Xero.
